Permit Registration LA

Hello,

The City of Los Angeles granted us with a new permit registration number. We unfortunately have ran into issues with having to update our account with the updated permit registration number.

After progressing to regulations and policies --> regulations --> edit (The webpages stop here and would not allow us to successfully edit our information) we get no error code just a lack of loading the editing webpage.

With 5 customer support attempts and 2 cases filed, we do not have another solution to update our profile. Have you guys successfully updated your permit registration and if so, how?
