Pets in Condo's against the law

Interesting case here in Thailand the other day regarding pets in Condo's

I always thought it was against the law but I wasn't sure it would be enforced,

But now it seems if you bring a case to court if your tenant has smuggled a pet in, you will win,

The tenant has been fined 140,000 Baht approx $3900 plus cost and interest going back 2 years.

I will inform my friend who has a condo same as me, and the tenant smuggled a cat in,

Maybe I will have to think how to warn any guest about bringing pets,
