Price changes every day without intervention

Hi 

I have been having the same problem every day for 3 weeks.

I set the prices manually for my listing. I do not use smart pricing.

However every day at midnight the prices revert to 140$ by itself.

I do not touch anything. Because of that I do not get any booking and because I have to correct everything every day my listing is very low on the lists.

I have asked help from support but they do not want to consider a bug in the system and keep telling me I am the one changing the prices.

I am going crazy.

Please anyone had the same problem and how to solve it?

Are you changing the base price or are you changing prices for specific dates in the calender ?

Your listing shows different prices on dates (it varies from USD 140,- to USD 193,-), so it seems "Smart Pricing" is turned on.

Hello thanks for your reply.

No smart pricing is off

And whatever base price I put the next day the price reverts by itself to 140$.

Support is insisting that I do it myself.

They refuse to check their own system.

I become really tired of their lack of help.
