Price changes

Hi, I am a host and I just searched because I am having the same issue from the other side.  I have lost so many potential reservations because people are suspecting that I am changing my prices at the last second.  I'm not sure what is happening, but inevitably someone will be excited to book and then ask me, "hey did you just raise your prices on me!?"

I am not, and I think Airbnb has a glitch in their system.

I'm trying to figure out how to avoid this from happening.  The price that comes across to them is lower than my actual price and that is what is pissing people off.

Would love any help figuring this out.   Thanks,

Are you using Smart Pricing - if so prices can vary @Daniel7759

@Daniel7759 Your calendar has a wide range of prices ... ~$300 in November to over $1500 around Christmas. Guests will not know the exact price until they actually select dates on your calendar. So chances are they are seeing that $324 staring at price and assuming it applies to all dates. Very naive of them since almost all pricing structures (hotels, airline tickets, car rentals, etc.) operate on this model.
