I cannot for the life of me figure out why when I set the price to $225, it is listed on the website for $311... Discounted, no less from $368!!! I am not running any promotions nor any special pricing for this period.

What am I missing?
Your price on 12 to 14 april is set to $311.
But your price f.e. dates beginning of june is set to $225,-
I don't understand. On my host view it says it is set to $225, but guests who see my listing see $311 for the same dates. June shouldn't affect my rates in April, but they are the same. @Emiel1
@Lenore22 The "view as a host" snapshot is for March 11, 12, 13. What does your hosting calendar say for April?
@Lenore22 That is really bizarre. You could contact CS but I imagine it will take you a few days and a few different reps to get any sort of answer that makes sense. But I would be curious.
@Lenore22 One thing to check is the currency when you are looking as a guest. Is it Canadian/Aussie/some other random dollars?
Other than that I can't think of any reason why it might be wrong
@Lenore22 So odd! I checked some different dates and found that the price goes back to $225 in August. First screen shows the price before dates are entered:
I am really frustrated, I change the price manually for my 2 listings and some how my customers, received prices that are crazy low, please help to wall through step by step.
@Maria-Alejandra7 Since your listings are new, Airbnb automatically applies a 20% discount to the first 3 bookings unless you turn off this "feature." You may not have noticed it, but when you were setting up your listing you had the option to 'uncheck' this discount.
I never did. 🤷♀️
Hello @Emilia42 thank you for answering, but besides this 20% discount, prices are not what I set up. I do not have any discounts, and just as an example 1 night for my apartment is around 107 us dollars, but my customer received total of 29 nigths for 158 us dollars, it does not make any sense, and it is frustated for me as as host and for my guess.
Is there any update here? I am wondering because I am getting similar comments including one saying the same dates were more when she used a different profile (I guess she had more than one Airbnb profile) but that makes no sense because on my end the total was set and would not be changing based on profile
