Pricing difference

I cannot for the life of me figure out why when I set the price to $225, it is listed on the website for $311... Discounted, no less from $368!!! I am not running any promotions nor any special pricing for this period.

@Mary419  they probably used a different currency, it's a common mistake. I just checked US$ and AU$ are shown the same as $ in a price break

@Mary419  The guest said the nightly price was more or the total was more? Airbnb does use some algorithm where they show higher total prices to some guests based on their profile. But I think what they do on that is up their service fee- the host still gets the same amount. So ask the guest if she is seeing a higher nightly rate or a higher service fee.
