Pricing

Please, what is the interpretation of listing price? I have 4 bedrooms available for the guests at a listing price of $50. please is this per room per night or the rate is for the entire 4rooms per night?

@Feyitimi0  If you have 4 bedrooms to rent separately, you need 4 listings, one for each room. Each listing would show how many guests maximum the room is for, the price for that room and only show a photo of that room and any common areas guests can use.

Sarah, thanks a million times. I am a newbie. I listed all my 4 available rooms as ONE List. I will break it up immediately. Again thanks

@Feyitimi0  Yes, that wouldn't work at all, because if one room gets booked the calendar would be blocked to other bookings.

Make sure you write informative listing descriptions for all of the listings. It's really important to make it clear, in a shared home listing, who the guests will be sharing the home with- do you, the host, live there and they will be sharing with you and other guests, or is it a hostel-type situation where the host doesn't live?

The hostel type can present some problems, so if it's that, post again and I can share some advice.
