Problem linking my Airbnb Account with the Payoneer

For the past two weeks, I am trying to link Payoneer account with my Airbnb account as payout method but I am unable to link it. Every time I try, an error message appears on the screen showing "We’re having trouble with the payment method you’re trying to use. Please try another one.". Unfortunately, this is the only payout option available in our country.

I have taken up this matter with the Airbnb Support Team but still this matter is unresolved. I have attached the screenshot of the error message.  Anybody facing the same issue with Payoneer?

Hi @Raza111 , I can imagine how frustrating it must be with this error. 

Have you tried reaching out to Payoneer Customer Support team as well to see if there are any issues on their end?

Not resolved yet....

I had detailed conversation with the customer support, we tried all the possible ways to resolve this issue but the issue is still there.

It’s been 4 days I am also doing the same making international calls..both to Payoneer and Air bnb to get the issue resolved but so far no hope. I have been in contact non stop but still the issue have not been rectified. To be honest I don’t know what else to do since Payoneer is the only payout option in Pakistan

@Shan4068 What have the teams told you so far? Perhaps if you share that with us, other hosts will have some more advice 🙂

@Raza111 Did you talk with Airbnb Support teams or with the Payoneer customer service team? I'd recommend you do the latter if you can!

I have contacted them, and are in touch with them. Everything is working fine over at Payoneer's side. The issue seems to be on Airbnb's end.
