Problem with special price

I have an inquiry a special price however after I reviewed it did not show the special just the regular price breakdown.  No option to change just cancel.  If I tap on cancel that is the only time I see the special offer.  So I didn’t cancel. First time and very confused

Your listing is new, Airbnb automatically sets up a 20% discount on the first 3 bookings, you can't change this.

@M199   Yes, hosts can turn off that discount. But of course if she got an IB booking she can't just cancel it. However, she says it's an Inquiry.

But her issue seems to be the opposite- she said the regular price is showing, not the discounted price.
