Promoting my listing

Hi forum,


I’m a new host, just having listed my property in the last 30 days. I have two bookings so far, one next month and one next summer. Any tips on how to improve my exposure and attract most guests? Thanks in advance!

@Natasha648 have you looked at your area as a guest would? This allows you to properly check pricing and see what the competition offers. I would aim to be 5-10% cheaper than your competition until you have garnered some good reviews for your property.
