Promotion Fee??

What constitutes a “promotion fee”? I haven’t noticed this charge before

I, too, saw this pop up.  I had a guest and now either she is out that fee or I am.  As it was $450 on a $2200 fee, I am really frustrated.

@Robert4385 did you discover what the promo fee was about. I've just been charged it also. First time I've  come across it!

Click on "Show breakdowns" and that will explain how the promotion is calculated. In my case it is the weekly discount I give to guests.
