I recently discovered that a condo I purchased and have been listing on Airbnb has a building-wide fire system panel in my master bedroom closet. (This was not disclosed when I purchased the condo and I will be pursuing action related to the non-disclosure.) The condominium management has told me that they sometimes need to access the panel if an alarm is going off somewhere, including in the middle of the night when I have Airbnb guests. As you can imagine, this is very concerning.
Does anyone have suggestions as to language I can put on my listing as a heads-up? I would certainly refund a day's rental fee if that ever occurred, but I just don't know how to best phrase the statement.
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

I think you got it down already.
"Re: Alarm system. In the event of a disturbance to my Guests arising from the alarm system you will be compensated by a further overnight stay at my expense. Please note this has never happened so far"
Something like that perhaps? xx

Sorry... my grammar. This has not happened so far.
OR As yet this has never happened.
Oh that's great Sandra.... so pleased to help!!
Its positive and to the point isn't it. Played right down xxxxxxxx but referenced ...and with a positive outcome if there was an issue.
Glad you have good security in the event of fire which might even involve evacuation anyway!!
Hey so I’m a guest staying in a long term property……the property manager barged in while I was asleep and did not notify prior to him coming nor did the owners. His excuse was to bring the outdoor furniture in due to the storm but the owners asked if I could bring it in the night before which I did.
@Sandra3809 Absolutely unacceptable and I would report this to the owner and airbnb. Entering a property with no notice is for EMERGENCIES only. And retrieving outdoor furniture is not one of them.
