Hi,

I am having issues with my existing PMS not being fully compatible with Airbnb. Could anybody please recommend a PMS that allows me to run Promotions and Discounts on a range of OTAs including Airbnb?

I work with smoobu.
It handles discounts on Airbnb. Booking.com discounts are manual.
It integrates price and occupation on airbnb and booking.com.

Excellent thank you @Bob297 , that's good to know. Its certainly one that ive come across a few times during my research. I will take a closer look.

Hi @Damon129 ! I just started using Hospitable. I’m still learning the things it can do. The Mogul plan is the top tier, which looks amazing, but I only have 4 properties at the moment so I use the plan for that. However, I think this PMS can do most anything you need it to do. Plus you can create your own direct booking website and upsell additional products (ie extra nights, late check-in/check-outs, bike rentals). I’m not the most tech savvy so I’m still learning. But so far I’m liking it!! They are not fully integrated with VRBO at the moment, but are supposed to be around March I believe. But Airbnb is fully incorporated. Also, they are not expensive compared to what they offer in my opinion.

Thats great thanks @Michelle3818  for taking the time to respond. I would be in a very similar position, we only operate the 4 properties at the moment and I also wouldnt be the most tech savy
