Click “Airbnb your home” from the main menu and follow the prompts to set up your listing.

✔️You can choose:

• Entire apartment (most common for privacy and groups)
• Private room (if you plan to live there and host guests in one bedroom)

✔️Add Photos

• Take clear, well-lit photos of each room.
• Highlight unique features: balcony, society amenities, clubhouse, pool, gym, garden views.
• First 5 photos matter most for guest impressions.

✔️Set House Rules

• Mention if visitors, pets, smoking, or parties are allowed or not.
• Add check-in/out timing 

✔️Publish Your Listing

• Once you complete all steps, preview your listing.
• Publish it, and Airbnb will make it live in search results.
• Boost visibility: Turn on Instant Book and offer discounts for first 3 bookings.
• Start 5–10% lower until you get at least 3–5 reviews.
