Property maintenance

In case, I have register my property on AirBnB, who is responsible to maintain the property? Will it be done by AirBnB or I have to do it?

You should think of the property as your business enterprise and of Airbnb as one way to market the property to customers.

Airbnb does not have any physical presence at the property, it just helps you to find customers online.

@Toorjo0 AirBnB is an advertising website.  ALL they will do is advertise your rental.  You have to do everything else as it is your business venture.  If you want someone else to do the work and send you the profits, you should look into a full-service rental real estate company in your location.
