Property management in Sri Lanka

Hi,

I have a new flat in Wattala that I plan to list on Airbnb. Prior to that I must finalise a property/ guest management individual/ agency with experience preferably in that area. Would appreciate suggestions.

Airbnb has recently launched it's Co-host Network - have you seen it before? It makes it easy to hire an experienced, local co‑host to take care of your home and guests so this could be just what you're looking for. 🙌

Thank you for suggesting a co-host. Yes, that would make property management so simple. I have checked options in a wide area around my flat in Wattala, Sri Lanka over the last 2 months. There are currently none.

That's okay. Sorry there are none there at the moment. Have you tried reaching out locally on social media for example? Just brainstorming 🤔
