Property management while owners absent

Hello Team, Jane and I are looking to place our property in Christchurch, New Zealand, on Airbnb while we are away in Europe for four Months starting in July this year. I was wondering if any local (Canterbury) Airbnbs use a property manager to clean and upkeep the property between tenancies.  Thanks in advance for your comment!  Rob
