I have just checked our nightly rates and yet again have found random dates have had the nightly rate reduced with no changes to our rates by us. I wouldn’t mind if the rates were realistic and consistent with the set rates but this glitch always drops the prices.
It is not smart pricing and we have never used this setting. No point talking to Cx as they have no idea.
Best to keep a close eye on prices to avoid getting caught out. We only checked the prices earlier in the week and they were fine - the known glitch continues unabated despite repeated reports.
