Good morning,
I have a flexible cancellation policy. A guest canceled in August, but I received a payout in September for her canceled stay. I don't know who to contact for this error. Any ideas?

@Sharon1347 you could check with the guest to make sure they were reimbursed. After that just message Airbnb and see what their customer support agents make of someone trying to give money bak - I fear you will blow their minds.
@Sharon1347 Airbnb will likely take back that payment by deducting it from your future bookings.
