I am also facing the same issue.Especially when you have already mentioned some things about your property in the description page,for example:property is on 3rd floor without lift.Guest arrives without going through anything on airbnb,and starts to grumble about property being on 3rd floor and that lift is not there and that how would he carry his heavy luggage upstairs having back pain.And later ,because he had to go through the atrocity of climbing the stairs which heavy luggage,exaggerates it with some other points and leaves a 1 star retaliatory review.
