Refund issue - Airbnb Community

Refund issue

Dear team,

We would like to ask regarding the transaction with confirmation id HMXN8YBH8P

It supposed to be get refund for 2 nights but my customer only got refund $247.64 AUD (which is 1 night stay only)
Could you help us to solve this issue?
