Refund unpaid

I have cancelled a booking with Propr booking agent and still have not received my money back. They claim I stayed throughout even after cancelling the booking. 
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, they will scam your money .

If you cancel a reservation, a refund (if any) will be calculated automatically (based on the cancellation policy) and paid to you by Airbnb. It can take up to 14 days before it is paid.

I  noticed this host has multiple accounts (I found 3 within minutes) on Airbnb, which is rather strange.
