Registering guests in Italy on Servizio Alloggiati

Can anyone help me with how to upload the file for the tourist registration on the Servizio Allogiati - the police website in Italy.

I have a user name and log on but cannot see how you do this on the website

@Diane1439 You need to contact the competent Questura, which will issue the new access codes. They changed the system and you now need additional codes
