I came across your request of a remote worker on the Airbnb Community Center page. It intrigued me to respond because I believe I would be a perfect fit for this position. I recently started working as a co-host with my daughter in the springtime, and I am looking for more remote working opportunities like yours.
I’m currently managing 2 properties in the Poconos with my daughter and I do all of the administrative work such as making phone calls to get services completed for the properties, answering emails, text messaging, and completing registration forms that the HOA requires to rent the property. I confirm all scheduled appointments with the cleaners, maintenance subs, and also once a month I complete inventory checks, spot checks, and help where needed at the properties. I organize a shared drive creating folders and uploading files to our shared drive keeping reservations and important/confidential information all in one area for easy accessibility. We also share a google calendar to manage all reservations effectively. I also write reviews and answer the guests questions in a timely manner.
