Remove the 20% Promotion for First 3 Guests

Hello!

I'm still setting my listing up and am not yet active but I can't figure out how to 'uncheck' the box for the 20% new host discount. Do I need to be active to remove this? 

Other posts I've searched have recommendations I can't seem to find.

Maybe it is activated by default for a new listing ?

Useally it can be deactivated in the listing's calender, under section "promotions".
