Renting is very slow is it a general phenomenon on the Airbnb platform.?

Yes, it is a general problem. Do a search here for 'summer release' and 'Airbnb categories' and you will see why. There are many, many discussions on the topic.

I've had fully booked up listings (with the exception of some periods due to COVID where it was not possible to take bookings), but mine have basically dried up since the Summer Release was rolled out in May.
