Rental Arbitrage in Delhi

Hello hosts, 

My name is Shruti, I'm a 26-year-old Marketing professional looking to explore the Airbnb scene. I understand that there are different models under which one could host. As I am not a property owner myself (Yet!), I wanted to get to know a little more about the Rental Arbitrage scenario in Delhi.  My questions are : 

1.) Can it be profitable to enter such a model in Delhi? 

2.) If yes, how willing are property owners to allow listing their property on Airbnb?

3.) Where would I be able to find such properties/owners?
