I am curious to know if the team thinks Reno, NV will be a good market for air bnb during the winter season?

I am a new investor and I am really trying to break even. Summer was great - but not sure during this fall. Any thoughts?

Hi, I opened in April and staying around 90% occupancy.  What about you.  New to this market.  Have some in Puerto Rico.
