Renting a room in Palma de Mallorca

Hello!

I am living in Palma in a 3 bedroms flat, and I would like to offer one of them via AirBnb.
I do not want to break the rules and regulations by Palma and Balearic authorities, therefore I am opening this conversation to discuss:
if it is legal to offer the bedroom in airbnb? I phoned "Consell Insular" and they said that ads in AirBnb are banned by law. Yes, just the ad.
My plan is to rent the bedroom for long-term tenants, for instance, people who might come to work for few months in/from Palma.

I will be happy to hear any advice and information from any of you. Thanks in advance.

unfortunately I have not received any response here nor from the Balearic authorities
