Request for Confirmation – Case #5400 (Escalation to Privacy / Trust & Safety)


Hello — I’m a Superhost requesting help confirming that case #5400 has been escalated to Airbnb’s Privacy / Trust & Safety team.


I’ve exhausted the review-removal channels and have submitted a formal GDPR/DPO escalation. This concerns a review by host Sylvia (Arbuthnot Road) containing demonstrably false and discriminatory statements.
I’m not seeking to re-open a ticket publicly, just confirmation that the correct internal teams have the file.

@Emma4549 I've now read your reviews and it seems two recent, independent, hosts had issues with you. This clearly adds some veracity to them both. Not sure what you found discriminatory other than perhaps the rather amusing fact that TV in China tends to be in Chinese.
