@Katie1086 No, you can’t wait until the 15th day to submit for damages. If your sheets, towels, rugs are damaged to the point that you require replacement, why are you concerned about a negative review? You may get one anyway—guests are so iffy. Have you reviewed guest yet? I’m guessing no.
And I agree with @Mike-And-Jane0, this is the cost of doing business. Now, if guest broke your furniture, ruined your carpet, damaged refrigerator or stove, that’s another story. But IMHO, you don’t want to be the host that is submitting claims for these types of things that more than likely would get denied anyway.
