It's well worthwhile requesting this information, alas it's mumble jumbled as far as Timelines are concerned which makes it a challenge for us all - no doubt more challenging for those who may have disabilities or struggle with concentration.
Bear in mind also that these requests expire after 7 days if you have not managed to Open the Zip file so you may need to request it again.
It took 3 requests to finally receive a copy of my file that I was able to download and open alas there seems to be information and notes missing that I would reasonably expect to be within the files.
If you have already made a request for your file, how was your experience when you read it?
If you have feedback how and where there are Bouquets or a Brickbat maybe you can share them here in CC.

We have found a lack of clarity who is accessing our Private Information where.
There's a vast array of 'code' that some of you may be able to help us all decipher.
There is a lack of transparency from Trust and Safety Team involvement.
No mention of who Customer Service people supposedly seek supervisor assistance from etc etc.
Bringing this to the fore and Interested in reading and hearing of others feedback.
To those of you who have had problems with ABB outsourced Customer Services or have not received monies owed, please ensure you do a Request for your Data Information and go through it with a fine tooth comb.
Follow up on it as you see fit, including to the appropriate authorities.
It is time some people involved with creating nightmare problems and infinite loops to no where land are held to account.
Incidentally, we have neither heard nor seen anything much in the way of contributions to this CC from the Head of Host Services.
This CC used to be extremely well run with features and Options for it's users to fill in Surveys amongst other audience participation.
We used get to prompt effective assistance from Engineering/ Tech Team staff to fix back end endless loops and to get the bottom of problems.
This has not been happening, yet it should be.
You will note exactly when all your KYC information was completed within your files and there are many ways in which ABB users "may" be verified.
We are the ones who do all the hard yards providing accommodation out of our own monies in the first instance to our guests.
We expected ABB to have pulled up there socks, yet we see the same problems over and over again due in the main because of a lack of proper Human Intervention to provide a conducive working relationship rather than a battle ground.
