Review/ Tips on listing

I’ve been a host for a little over a year and I feel like I’m doing everything great but would just like some 3rd party feedback on my listing and if I’m missing or forgetting something. Any tips are greatly appreciated!

Hi @Alexis646

Wow what a beautiful property! I see you’ve had really great reviews so far so you are on the right track.

A couple things are confusing though. It says 10 guests, 5 bedrooms, 5 beds but further down Where You’ll Sleep shows Bdrm 1- 1 King Bed and  Bdrm 2- 1 Queen Bed. So you need to correct that. And if there are 5 bedrooms you have to show photos of them all.  The kitchen and living areas clearly are your focus but the bedrooms should also be presented in a more luxurious way, too bare bones for me. NIghtstands, lamps, colourful throws, cushions etc. This is an expensive home so all areas should reflect that.

There is a photo of another kitchen, how does that fit in? Maybe a floor plan would help the guest see if its a good fit, its clearly a big house and suitable for a large family or 2 families.

I personally think 10 people is too many for 2 bathrooms.

Good luck this summer, you have a gorgeous listing!

Thank you soo much! Yes I put most of the time and effort into the gathering places where families could come together. How do you do with decorative pieces such as shams, throw pillows, unique rugs? In previous listings they were always getting stained and extremely hard to clean so made it really difficult to keep them in the listings. The other kitchen is confusing, a floor plan is a great idea!
