Rewards for Super Host !

@Alexia149 Its my 2nd time receiving the reward for Super host and its my 2nd email earning 100usd, does that mean that now I have 200 or its just the 100 I have not yet used from my previous reward? Where can I find the outstanding balance?

New to this your help is greatly appreciated.

@Alexia149   If you go to ‘insights’ on your dashboard, then ‘Stats’, click on Superhost, then ‘your rewards’ it will show you any available coupons.   Coupons are only valid for 12 months so you will only have one $100 coupon now.

Many hosts have used their unused or unwanted coupons to donate to the Ukraine

@Kate867 I've had 5 emails over the last couple of years saying that I have achieved superhost status and a $100 reward. They have all said that the reward expired on 1st April 2025. I assumed that I'd been given $100 each time and therefore had $500. However, I've just tried to make a n Airbnb booking using the rewards and found that each one has the same code, and therefore it's only credited one of the rewards. I was very disappointed. Can you explain what's happening please?
