Hi, my name is Judy. I just received a concerning message from Airbnb legal team that sf short term rentals has requested documents from Airbnb. Should I be worried?

@Judy1055 Yes you should if you are operating illegally. No you shouldn't if you are operating legally.

Its that simple really although operating legally means in compliance with all licensing/planning/zoning and any tax obligations you may have
