STR INSURANCE

Hi Everyone,

 

Can anyone recommend some insurance companies to cover my short-term rental? I'm currently paying $3k a year and I think that's steep. My home is located in Park County, Colorado. Thank you!

@Anthony-Adams0  Find an independent insurance broker who can research companies for you.  Our broker checks for better policies for us on an annual basis as insurance companies do change their coverage.  We currently use Foremost for our STR insurance needs here in NC.
