I have a quick question regarding transitioning from long-term hosting to short-term hosting in LA. As I'm in the process of applying for a home sharing number, I noticed that only one home sharing number is issued per host. I'm curious whether this means that I can only operate one property at a time for short-term rentals in Los Angeles, or if having one home sharing number allows for hosting multiple properties in the area. Specifically, I'm looking to list my entire 13-unit apartment building and wanted to understand how the process would work.
