Hi everyone, I am seeking some help for host friend on dealing with this situation.
A couple of days ago a friend had a guest that gave no warning of discomfort or issues with their stay, it was nothing short of a surprise to me when I received not only a 1 star rating and below 2 star in the rest of the categories, but also a complaint about safety. It seems the guest complaint about safety after his 10 days stay ended, and airbnb decided to immediately deactivate one of my friend listing without any warning, and it's now incapable of reach out to me, leaving all my messages to support without any response. So bottomline a no star, no stay guest was able to deactivate a superhost with almost 200 excellent star ratings in the platform that consistently provide great service to the platform.
Sorry for the rant, and looking for options here, worse case scenario it can also serve as documentation for host that may face a similar issue!
