San Francisco Transient tax and use tax? that is 22% of tax..Error?

I do not know what is going on with Airbnb. I have been hosting for 7 years . Suddenly there is an added property use tax?  So not Transient tax of 14% and property use tax 8.25% Anyone else experiencing this ? Waiting for Airbnb to resolve the issue. Losing bookings.

Issue solved Professional tools were on..not sure how that happened....where extra fees can be added. I never set it up so not sure how it happened. It takes 1-2 day to remove it.

How to do: Go to your account, then to professional tools, manage, then turn off.  Tyra at Airbnb said nothing else on listing should be affected but the future Occupancy tax will not longer be there on future reservations!

AFter 3 months of complaining 25 ambassadors ,3 oversight ambassadors  and letting Airbnb know  I gave  this story  of double taxing-negligence by Airbnb  to local news ..Airbnb finally took off the extra tax.

Followed through with Airbnb turning off professional tools..still does not work properly.

The problem not solved by turning off professional tools. had to call back again..guests are being double taxed...nothing on website to correct it. It has to go to engineering.
