Can we apply Seasonal Pricing - Low, Med, Higher nightly rates using a calendar ?????

You can use rule sets to increase/decrease prices (not with Smart Pricing) for specific time periods.

Or you can change prices directly in the calender for specific dates / time periods

Or you can set custom prices for specific weeks and months (Discount section)
