Seattle License needed for 30 day stay (or more)

Hi there -

I am having trouble finding the information I need and hoping you can help.  Can anyone in Seattle tell me exactly what is needed from a licensing perspective to enter my house on AirBNB with a 30 day minimum stay? We are only interested in longer term renters and want to make sure we have all the appropriate business licensing in place.
