I am looking to start an Airbnb business in Croatia but feel a bit stuck on how to begin

1. How did you find a suitable property in Croatia for Airbnb rentals?
2. Which cities or regions in Croatia are the most profitable for short-term rentals?
3. What should I consider when searching for a property for Airbnb in Croatia (e.g., location, amenities, licenses)?
4. Are there specific websites or real estate agents in Croatia that you would recommend for buying or renting properties for Airbnb?

This is an international community so we aren't likely to have local knowledge on the Croation market .

you need to start by looking to see if there are STR regulations and if so can you comply with them

decide what sort of Airbnb you want ie city fla/seaside villa then contact local estate agents 

carry out research into supply and demand for sort of place you want to buy in location you want to buy it in.
