Hello!

Are you still looking for a co-host in LV?

I am in the preliminary stages of setting up my own listing in Las Vegas, and I am brand new to AirBnB.

I would be interested in Co-hosting. I live in Las Vegas so I have access to the properties and local resources, which makes up for my lack of experience in hosting.

I have a ton of questions, though. My property is located in the unincorporated part of the city. A few years ago it wasn't even legal to have guest rentals. Things have changed since then, but I am trying to find out things like, do I need a permit or business license? Is there a minimum of days guests have to stay (someone mentioned no less than 30 days)? Am I required to live in the property? How much should I charge and would that include the cleaning service?

I've been doing a lot of research but it's rather overwhelming.

Please let me know if you are interested in co-hosting and/or if you could answer some of my questions, or point me in the right direction.

Thanks!

Hey Leyla, congrats on entering the world of hosting!! My sister and I professionally co-host for owners, taking care of all of the online hosting side - including curating a beautiful Airbnb listing with professional photos, setting your property up with dynamic pricing in order to maximize your nightly rates while maintaining a high occupancy, etc.

We charge a industry low 10% management fee for ongoing hosting of your property, but if you just need help getting your property set up with all of these same things and trained on how to Super host on your own, we also offer a consulting course of a flat rate fee of $1,500.

Our website is staylocalvacationrentals.com and our email is **. Please feel free to reach out if you're interested in either!! Sounds like it might just be the perfect fit 🙂
