Selling One's Home As An Investment

I'm interested in selling my home as an investment to an existing AirBnB host.  My home has been recently refurnished and includes original works of art from local artist. It's in an affluent western suburb of Chicago. I would consider it a turnkey investment. How might I go about finding such a host.
