Service Fee

Hello, 

Since yesterday we started to get charged a service fee of around 16%, before the guest used to get charged for that. 
Can someone please help me out to fix that?

Seems that for you as a hotel the host-only-fee policy applies:

Means, that you should adapt your rate accordingly, so the fee for the guest remains the same.

Host-only fee

The entire service fee is deducted from the host payout, and no Airbnb service fee is paid by guests.
