Set price is different than the listed price . WHY?

Is anyone having a problem with their listing showing the price to be lower than what you have decent price as? In other words I have my apartment set at $58 per night However it comes up as $49 per night. I'm not running any specials, I don't have any discounts offered, and Airbnb has taken four days to try to resolve this and it's still the same. Can anybody help me?

@Mary4169

I looked at your listing. It seems to me you have set a fixed price for weeks in december to 4th of januari.

For example if i book from 14 dec -20 dec (6 nights), it is 58,- a night. If i book 1 night more (21 dec), it is 49,-

Check your listing if fixed weekly prices are set or rules sets are applied for those weeks.
