Setting up an LLC

I am wondering whether it is wise for me to setup an LLC for my airbnb business, This is commonly seen as a good idea for most airbnb’s (As it protects the individual from being sued in the event that an accident occurs and a customer sues.) However, my airbnb is different to the airbnbs that commonly benefit from it, at the moment it only consists of one room rented out earning £900-£1200 a month, My father owns this property and I manage it and the airbnb running out of it. So would creating an LLC give me any benefits?
