Shall i ask for extra fee?

Hi, can anyone help me as a new to Airbnb. I host a 2 bedroom apartment and I accommodate 5 quests. Recently I had a booking for two weeks from a couple and I accepted them. After the booking they message me that one more couple is coming to stay with them for a week. A new message arrive to inform me that a third couple is coming for the second week. Shall I ask them for extra fee or charge them for extra bed sheets and towels? Thanks.

If you have 2 rooms to offer, then you can create a listing for each room.

You can also create a third listing for both rooms (to be in the search system also for 5 guests) and link them together (see Help files).

Then you can set the rigt pricing for each listing.

Now the couple  booked both rooms for themself.

Additonal guests have to be booked from day 1 on the initial reservation. Otherwise they are considered as visitors, which useally (if allowed anyway in your houserules) wil not stay the night.

What the guest should have done technically is making 3 bookings: 1 week for themself, 1 week inlcuding the first couple and 1 week including the second couple.

It's too late now to make such changes.

Correction:

I see now total is 2 weeks, with additional couple in first week and another couple in second week. They can change reservation adding the extra guests from the beginning or make seperate bookings for each week. (can you accomodate 6 guests anyway ?)

Your place is for a maximum of 5 people so why would you let three couples stay @Kleanthis1 

If you charge per person, ask them to go in and change the booking for the extra people staying so they are added to the booking.

Confirm you have a maximum of five so only this number can stay.

Thanks for the feedback. To be more clear they don't stay 6 guests the same time,I can't accommodate them enyway. the couple ho booked the apartment for them they invite 2 extra people to stay with them the first week then they fly home and 2 more people coming to replace them. Thanks a lot, I will study more the Airbnb regulations.
