Share calendar with cleaner using Google Calendar?

Hey there! Looking for advice on sharing my calendar with my cleaner on  Google Calendar. She uses this with her other clients and prefers to have them all on one place. While I'm able to export the calendar from Airbnb to Google, it places it in "Other Calendars" (which is not shareable,). How do I get it into "My calendars"? Even AI seems to not be able to crack this one correctly! Thanks all jn advance!

Looks like a Google  calendar limitation. 

One, if all other clients are able to provide her a file ask how are they performinf such because like you they have a schedule or is ir because your scheduled cleanings are adjustable days?  If she does other STRs maybe their solutions would work.

Second, or she could five you permissxion to upload the Other Calendar to the Cleanung Co Calendar andGoogle does allow toggle abilities between two calendars.

Or thied The Cleaning Co performs rhe upload.

So for your cleaner:

1. You send them the Airbnb iCal export link
2. They open Google Calendar
3. Click the + next to “Other calendars”
4. Choose “From URL”
5. Paste your Airbnb calendar link
6. Click “Add calendar”

Now your reservations appear on their existing calendar automatically.

The calendar part seems like only half the problem.

A cleaner usually needs the date/time, but also stuff like guest count, same-day turn or not, special setup, and whether laundry/restock is expected.

If Google Calendar is where she wants everything, I’d probably use it for dates only and send a short turnover note for each booking. Are you mostly trying to solve scheduling, or the full prep instructions too?
