Short term rental ban

Hi Guys, 

I just found out that Bogota NJ have a new ordinance effecting July 28 2023 on short term rental. 

I'm thinking to sell the property since this is my only source of income. 

I set my minimum stay to 31 days so I can complete the pending reservation. Is this going to be a problem? Any Advice?

Hi @Riyazi0 ! Since you posted a while ago, have you managed to find some suggestions by connecting with the Hosts in the area?
